Building Resilience @ Work

  • What’s on the agenda:

    • Autonomic Nervous System Foundations: An accessible introduction to Fight/Flight/Freeze (polyvagal theory.) Learn why our stress responses matter, and how they influence energy, creativity, and connection at work.

    • Healthy Daily Breathing: Tap into healthy daily breathing techniques to get the most out of your breath and get into your flow.

    • Active Breathwork Session: An abbreviated guided three-part breathwork experience designed to release stress, recharge energy, and unlock creativity.

  • What’s on the agenda:

    • Knowing Your Nervous System: An exploration of what your default nervous system responses are and how it actually feels to be in fight/flight/freeze. Teams will try to perform under pressure.

    • Interventional Breathing Techniques : Identifying the what, why, and how of getting yourself into regulation. We’ll learn and try different tools to restore balance balance and build resilience to change.
