Active Breathwork

Breathwork is conscious breathing that gets us out of our heads into our bodies. The breath is a powerful tool for nervous system regulation, emotional release, and reconnecting with what is real, beyond the thinking mind.

In guided sessions, we’ll use music and breath cues to explore the breath as an embodied meditation. You may experience reduced anxiety, mental clarity, renewed self-trust, a stronger connection to your body, and/or a physical sense of release.

Open Sessions
